Event Live allows members to provide personal information in their public profile or through the process of purchasing a ticket but will not share any "private" or confidential information not intended for other members; unless requested or performed by you. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from using Event Live or any of its associated services. Therefore, these individuals under the age of 18 are NOT authorized to submit any private information to Event Live or its affiliates. Event Live accepts no liability for such actions or attempts to provide this private information.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
Several primary types of information provided by you are collected upon creating a profile. Credit card information may also be accepted for ticketing fees, app creation and other services. Credit Card information including credit card numbers will not be stored on EVENT Live Servers. Event Live is in no way limited to the collection of this type of information and may deem it necessary to collect other data. Event Live will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes). Information Provided by You
When you sign up as a member, or other promotion services that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as, but NOT limited to your name, email address and an account password). Profile
Upon completion of registration, new users will be prompted to create a profile. Both new and existing members have the ability to change their profile setting, selecting what information should remain private and what information is available to the public.

Members of Event Live reserve the right to make changes to their account at any time by logging in and editing profile information. You may also remove or delete all of your account information entirely at any time by emailing us at info@eventliveus.com.
User Communications
When you send email or other communications to Event Live, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
Affiliated Services on other Sites
We offer some of our services on or through other web sites. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to Event Live in order to deliver the service. System Generated Direct Messages
Event Live members may receive email requests from Event Live or other members. Event Live will additionally send emails for promotional materials during the registration process through the time your account remains active with Event Live. Event Live allows members to access their personal email accounts to invite friends, colleagues, and other general contacts to join Event Live. This function is performed by you, under your authority. Event Live Does Not Save or Store Your Password or Contacts.
Sale or Merger of Event Live
If Event Live becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will ensure the confidentiality of any personal information involved in such transactions and provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Event Live may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who searched for a particular term, for example, or how many users clicked on a particular advertisement. The Event Live Platform
Event Live is a cloud based SaaS platform (the "Event Live Platform") allowing members to create, manage or discover events, connect with other members and purchase or sell tickets. Creating an account allows members ("Event Live Members") access to our software, the ability to interact & connect with other members, create, discover or manage events and purchase and/or sell tickets.
